   CosmicSage provides astrology‑based insights, daily tasks, and related content. You understand and agree that the Service is for informational and entertainment purposes only and is not professional advice.

5. Subscriptions, Trials, and Billing

   If you purchase a subscription, you agree to pay the fees and any applicable taxes.

   • Free Trial: If offered, your trial lasts 3 days and then converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.
   • Auto‑Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.
   • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime in your account settings; access continues until the end of the billing period.
   • Refunds: All purchases are final, but please do not hesitate to reach out at [email protected] with your situation.

6. Acceptable Use

   You agree not to:

   • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
   • Reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service.

    THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” COSMICSAGE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON‑INFRINGEMENT.

    Astrology content is subjective and not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or professional advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmicSage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data.

    Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid to CosmicSage in the 12 months before the claim.

    You agree to indemnify and hold CosmicSage harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

    We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
